Receptionist (Maternity Cover)

Location: Burton

Salary: £22000

We are working with a dynamic business in Burton to recruit a receptionist, maternity cover.

Working Hours

The role is full time office based, with a 4 day working work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all telephone calls in a professional but polite and friendly manner.
  • Delivering work of an extremely high standard in the timescales agreed with the client.
  • Responding to clients/visitors in a friendly, approachable manner but always presenting a professional image.
  • Manage Meeting Rooms and meetings including refreshments, buffets and administrative support.
  • Assist the Director team with operational issues and diary management.
  • General administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellent customer service, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
