Location: Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire

Salary: £28000

Flexible working and hybrid working is offered. Full Time and Part-Time hours are available – for part time hours they are flexible between 16-25 hours. Please note the salary is the full time equivalent.

My Client are a well established business and have a rare opportunity to join their payroll team. The role will be focusing on preparing a range of payrolls for a variety of Clients and Businesses, from sole traders through to limited companies

Successful applicants will ideally have experience of working in an Accountancy Firm or for a payroll bureau environment.

Payroll Administrator – Daily Duties include:

  • Process and manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll processes for a variety of Clients.
  • Processing starters and leavers, P45’s and P11D’s.
  • Being the point of contact for Client’s with payroll related queries.
  • Understanding and managing pension enrolments.
  • Maintain payroll systems and produce reports as and when required.
  • Opportunity to assist in bookkeeping duties if desired.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience managing and processing multiple payrolls. Experience working in a payroll bureau environment is essential
  • Knowledge of Moneysoft and/or BrightPay would be ideal
  • Experience using payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and confident with dealing with Client queries over the phone.
  • Excellent IT Skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Expected hours for Part Time: 16 – 25 per week
