Job Summary – Conveyancer

We are seeking a skilled, Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join a growing practice in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring the legal transfer of property ownership from seller to buyer. Responsibilities

– Handling the conveyancing process for residential properties. – Ensuring all legal requirements are met throughout the conveyancing process
– Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
– Drafting contracts and legal documents
– Conducting property searches and investigations
– Managing completion and exchange of contracts
– Providing advice on property law and regulation

Requirements

– 5 or more years experience;
– Must be a solicitor, CILEX or licensed conveyancer;
– Be able to work on their own with limited supervision;
– Be capable of supervising others within the team;
– Be able to run a matter from start to finish;
– Support senior conveyancers with supervision and double checks
