Twenty2 Recruitment are delighted to be working with a vibrant and growing accountancy practice in Derby to recruit an Administrative Coordinator.

This is an exciting & new opportunity to play a key role in the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into our clients organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and continued success.

Working arrangements: Full time position Monday-Friday (working 4 days each week with 1 none working day).

Job Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients acquired through practice acquisitions. Gathering and organising client information, setting up accounts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Acquisition Director and the integration team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records related to the acquisition process.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, integration progress, and other relevant data in company systems, ensuring all data is securely stored and easily accessible.

Process Coordination:

  • Coordinate various aspects of the integration process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in line with company procedures. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Issue Resolution:

  • Assist in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the onboarding process, escalating concerns to the appropriate team members as needed. Work closely with the acquisition team and other departments to support the smooth integration of new practices, contributing to a cohesive and effective transition.

About You

  • Previous customer service and administrative experience gained in a busy office environment – professional services background would be advantageous. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and computer literate. Be able to manage multiple workloads and maintain a strong attention to detail.
